These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Streezo iOS application (the “App”), provided by Odiono Ltd (“Odiono”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

By downloading, accessing or using Streezo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Streezo. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Streezo service

Streezo provides guided and customisable stretching routines, progress tracking, and reminders to help you build a stretching habit. Some features require an active subscription (“Premium”).

3. Health disclaimer

Streezo is a general wellness app. It is not a medical device, and the content within it is not medical advice. Streezo does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

• Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or stretching routine, particularly if you have an existing injury, medical condition, or are pregnant.
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort while using the App.
• You use Streezo’s routines entirely at your own risk. Odiono is not liable for any injury or health issue resulting from your use of the App.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Streezo offers free and paid (Premium) tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store, on a monthly or annual basis as selected at purchase.
• Free trials, where offered, convert automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. We do not have the ability to cancel or refund Apple App Store purchases directly — refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
• Prices may change from time to time; we’ll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Your account and content

• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Any custom routines you build remain yours, but you grant Odiono a licence to store and display them back to you within the App, and to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our recommendations.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App, under Profile settings. Once deleted, this cannot be undone.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, routines library, branding and underlying code, is owned by Odiono Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You’re granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, including discontinuing the App entirely. Where possible, we’ll give you reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we don’t make any warranty as to results you’ll achieve from using it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odiono Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
